    I first was introduced and ordered food from HBK back in . I became a regular customer both in person and delivery. I however haven’t eaten from here since /. I really was craving a doner kebab tonight but my ‘local’ restaurant had ordering issues so I thought I’ll go back to what was my old faithful.I had no clue they’d changed management (and sounds like a couple of times too) and hoped things hadn’t changed dramatically. I hope the new crew are just as friendly and funny as the team that I knew.I ordered a large mix meat doner and chips and I was not disappointed. The chicken doner was so juicy and flavourful and just the right amount of fattiness to it. I was in heaven. If the next time I order food the chicken doner is just as delicious, I think I may just ditch lamb and only ever do chicken. I genuinely feel sorry other people have had bad experiences but I would recommend without blinking to order the chicken meat.Parking: Just random. The shop is not far from a busy roundabout/junction and parking outside the shop directly is rare as there’s - takeaway restaurants on that bit of road so staff and delivery drivers take up any random space that may appear on the road.

    This take away has been under new ownership over the past few weeks and I have been a customer of this establishment for about years. I am pleasantly surprised that the new owners and staff have been honouring their loyal customers like myself by offering me their fantastic customer service.     Had one earlier and it was like time travelling back to the 's for a kebab. Good size to be fair but had to bin off half of it, like licking a block of lard even after pints. Can still taste it hours later. Guys cmon, kebabs have evolved.. would love to see something on a par with GDK or lutons Berlin Donner in hitchin. That would mean lots of return custom.

    I have had a lot of kebabs in my time, literally from Crystal Kebabs in London Kings Cross to the more niche kebabs in Hertfordshire (e.g Kebab Van in Welwyn Garden City) and this place has been the best kebab I have ever had in my life. The meat is seasoned in such a different way to what I have normally experienced - it isn’t just salty - there is a hint complexity, a deeper tang that I haven’t experienced before in a kebab. / - I will wait until I enjoy a better doner wrap than this place
